I was tired of losing myself every month

How a personal struggle became the product I wish I'd had years ago

I used to lose myself one week out of every month. Not in a subtle way, but in a who even am I right now kind of way. I'd snap at the people I loved most, cancel plans I was excited about, and spiral over decisions that normally felt easy. Everything just felt…off.

The hardest part? I knew it was my PMDD.

But knowing didn't make it any less real. Every month, it still felt all-consuming, like I was living in two completely different versions of myself and never knew which one to believe.

So I did what you're "supposed" to do. I asked for help.

I was told to stay on the pill. To try meditation. To journal. But nothing really worked, and honestly, I felt dismissed, like I just needed to cope better.

When I opened up to friends, I realized almost all of us were dealing with PMS in some way…and yet none of us had anything that actually helped.

We were all pretending we were fine while quietly struggling through it.

So I started digging, and what I found made me even more frustrated. So many PMS products were built around "balancing hormones" with ingredients that can mess with your cycle, alongside reviews from women saying they felt worse after taking them. On top of that, everything felt clinical: pills, powders, tinctures. Things you had to force down during the week you already felt unlike yourself.

That's when it clicked.

What if PMS support didn't have to feel like a chore, and actually worked with your body?

I went down a full rabbit hole. Late nights reading clinical studies, breaking down ingredients, and working with an experienced formulator to understand what had real research behind it, and what just sounded good on a label.

I wanted something intentional. Not a kitchen-sink formula packed with random ingredients. I found it in a combination of non-hormonal ingredients, each carefully chosen to support the biggest PMS symptoms.

And I knew it had to feel different too. Not like medicine or another task on your to-do list. So I made a sour dragonfruit gummy — something comforting, easy to reach for, and genuinely enjoyable to take.

That's how Kind Chaos started. In my apartment, surrounded by research papers.

And a refusal to accept that this is just something we're expected to live with.

Why Kind Chaos?

PMS is chaos. Your body's all over the place. Your mood shifts. Your energy disappears. Plans get canceled. You don't feel like yourself.

We can't stop the chaos.
But we can meet it with kindness.

Kind Chaos is here to support you during the hardest week of your cycle — not judge you, not dismiss you, and not tell you to just push through it. Just support that works with your body, feels easy to take, and fits into real life.

What We Stand For

Your symptoms are real. You shouldn't have to pretend they're not.

For too long, women have been told that one miserable week a month is just part of life. That cramps are normal. That mood swings are "just hormones."

We don't believe that. You deserve to be taken seriously.

Taking care of yourself should actually feel like care.

Not another pill you dread taking. Not something that makes you feel worse before it makes you feel better.

We believe support can be effective and enjoyable. Small rituals matter, and you deserve products that feel good to use, especially during the moments you need them most.

You deserve honesty, not guesswork.

No vague formulas or empty promises. We like to keep things real about what's inside, why it's there, and what it's meant to do — so you can feel confident in what you're putting in your body.
