Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). For priority shipping, orders placed before 11am PST ship the same day.

Delivery

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on your first order. After that, subscribers always ship free, and one-time orders are calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions

Billed and shipped monthly, timed to your cycle. Skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, or email hello@kindchaos.com.
