Feel a difference or it's free
We formulated Kind Chaos to work, and we stand behind it. Try your first kit through a full PMS cycle. If you don't feel a difference, we'll refund your first order — no need to ship anything back.
To claim: This one-time guarantee is for new customers on their first order. Use your kit as directed through one full cycle, then email hello@kindchaos.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery, and we'll take care of the rest.
Returns
Haven't opened your kit? Return it unopened in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because Kind Chaos is a supplement you take, opened sachets can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If you've opened your kit and it didn't work for you, that's what the guarantee above is for.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email hello@kindchaos.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it free of charge.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping isn't refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
